About Me

My name is Jace Padden. I am a Virginia attorney with Friedman Law Firm, PC.  My office is located in Chesterfield County, which is just outside of Richmond.  I have a general practice which focuses on Family Law.  My goal is to help clients identify and achieve their objectives in the most effective manner possible.  A large part of my job is to help clients maintain their dignity and protect their families during an emotionally difficult transitional time in their lives.

I graduated cum laude from the University of Richmond School of Law.  While in law school, I was a member of the Moot Court Board, a John Marshall Scholar, and research assistant to Professor W. Hamilton Bryson.  I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, with a major in Philosophy and a minor in Religious Studies.

After law school, I served as a law clerk in the Chesterfield County Circuit Court for one year.  Since then I have practiced law throughout the metro-Richmond area and have appeared in various other courts in Virginia.  In addition to litigating cases, I am trained in the collaborative law process. I also serve as a guardian ad litem for children and am a board member of Families Forward Virginia.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing guitar, listening to music, reading, playing golf, and spending time with my family.

If you would like to contact me, then please call my office at (804) 717-1969.
